Are you an experienced MongoDB consultant looking for a flexible, fully remote opportunity? We are seeking a MongoDB expert to join our client on a contract basis, outside IR35, to support their data infrastructure projects. Role Overview

As a MongoDB Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining MongoDB database solutions for our client. You will work closely with their development team and other stakeholders to ensure efficient data management, optimal performance, and scalability. This is a fully remote role, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement MongoDB database solutions based on client requirements
• Optimize and troubleshoot database performance issues
• Provide expert advice on best practices for data modeling, sharding, replication, and backup
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration with MongoDB
• Conduct code reviews, data quality checks, and security assessments
• Offer training and guidance to client teams on MongoDB usage
• Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in MongoDB and related technologies
• Proven experience as a MongoDB consultant or database architect
• Strong understanding of MongoDB architecture, including sharding, replication, and security
• Proficiency in database performance tuning and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of other NoSQL databases is a plus
